Artist's Statement : Hot and cold water flares.  I expanded it from my earlier "Water Flare I".  It took time to determine lines to express flickering and dancing natural flares.

Technique : Machine Piecing, Hand Applique, Hand Quilting

Material : Cotton, Synthetic fabric, Hand-dyed cotton
