Artist's Statement : Standing in the deep forest, looking up at a beautiful sky between the treetops, I felt drawn towards the sky magnetically.  Emiko said the quilt suggests the sky viewed from the sea.  That expanded my imagination.

Technique : Machine piecing, Machine applique, Machine quilting, Hand quilting
