Artist's Statement : I collected feedsack fabrics, and finally decided to use them.  The design includes old Japanese fabrics.  I could not find fabrics for the flower part of the design, so for the first time I dyed them myself.

Technique : Machine piecing, Hand applique, Hand piecing, Hand quilting

Material : Feedsack, cotton, hand-dyed cotton, old cotton
