Artist's Statement : An orderly and beautiful spider's web reminded me of Arachne, the goddess who competed in weaving with Athena and turned into a spider.  I imagined Arachne crying and weaving under moonlight.

Technique : machine pieced,hand quilted

Material : cotton,lame thread,beads
