Artist's Statement : There is a large stainless steel pipe monument in the Sibelius park in Helsinki which surprised me.  The silver-colored eccentric organ-like monument has a dominating presence.  Looking up at the sunlight from inside a pipe is beautiful.

Technique : Machine Piecing, Hand Applique, Hand Quilting
