Artist's Statement : I started making this quilt based on the cold peony. I learned that there is also a Winter peony. These two kinds have different leaves and bloom in different ways. I thought my quilt came from the cold peony, but you might think it is more a winter peony.

Technique : Machine Piecing, Hand Applique, Hand Quilting
