Artist's Statement : I visited the Bourgogne area in the early Winter of 2018.  The forest was silent and shrouded in mist.  Cold air coming from between trees made me feel a part of the earth.  I was happy to encounter this scenery.  I want to live politely.

Technique : Machine piecing, Hand quilting
