Artist's Statement : Years ago, when scientists first claimed to make STAP cells the news impressed me, even though they could only be seen under a microscope.   They said  "There are no limits to science."   I tried to express this in my quilt.

Technique : Machine piecing, Hand applique, Hand quilting

Material : Cotton, batik, hand-dyed cotton
