Artist's Statement : Some years ago I visited Oirase with my friends.  We walked through wonderful scenery, eventually arriving at Choshi Waterfall.  I can not forget the powerful impression it made on me.  I want to retain this feeling.  I worked with that feeling and with appreciation for my friends who invited me to join them for this trip.

Technique : Machine piecing, Hand piecing, Hand quilting
