Artist's Statement : White magnolia flowers quietly floating in fog.  My design is based on a tree in a stream with magnolia in Yatsugatake.  I expressed the petals with more rounded curves.

Technique : Machine Piecing, Hand Applique, Hand Quilting, Embroidery, Dyeing

Material : Cotton, Synthetic fabric, Hand-dyed silk, Embroidaery thread (cotton, lame)
