Artist's Statement : In Autumn I found my favorite wild grapes near a highland lake. I wanted to express this with the challenge of using applique, something which I am not good at. It was hard to sew straight lines, but I could make pretty grapes. I was very happy.

Technique : Machine Piecing, Hand Applique, Hand Quilting, Dyeing, Embroidery
